NODE20 will happen in a hybrid form. We will mainly meet online in our virtual Festival Hub. There you can connect to the festival community, present your work and profile, join the Emergency Broadcast Studio as well as workshops. GreenHouse NAXOS will be the open artistic playground and freely accessible for everyone.
For attending our program online, please join our virtual Festival Hub – it is the central venue for NODE20 and the starting point for your festival week.
As a web and mobile app, the platform allows you to join our full online program, book your seats for our interactive webinars, get connected to other festival visitors and share your work with a broad audience.
Our second online venue is a virtual playground and online version of our traditional NODE venue Naxoshalle. In collaboration with studioNAXOS, we invite the whole NODE community, artists and theatre makers, neighbours and local residents to envision and prototype a utopian space for a more diverse, sustainable and creative practice. GreenHouse NAXOS will present performances, installations as well as a series of participatory events throughout the festival week.
Detailed information and the program at GreenHouse NAXOS will be published soon.
Künstlerhaus Mousonturm is one of the major independent theatre and performance centers in Germany. Mousonturm will host our Emergency Broadcast Studio in a new architectural setting designed by artist collective raumlabor. In the studio, we will present a hybrid conference format including panels, lectures, project presentations and performances and broadcast directly to the Festival Hub.
Please note: seats in our studio will be very limited – you have to apply if you want to join in person. The application process will start soon!
Naxoshalle is an artist run space and home of Theater Willy Praml, studioNAXOS, Naxos.Kino and the open teens studio of Jugendladen Bornheim. During NODE20, Naxoshalle will not only host performances, installations and a VR portal into GreenHouse NAXOS but also offer space to hang out during the festival week in Frankfurt (socially distanced, of course).
Please keep in mind that we might have to restrict access if it gets too crowded.
